Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of the date the order was placed
All sales are final unless the blanket is defective.

Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and you will be notified via email. Your credit card or bank may require additional time for processing. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. In this case please contact contact email@example.com for instructions on shipping item back for a replacement item. Otherwise we do not process exchanges at this time.
